We met with fashion designer-turned-business owner Tabitha Osler to get Fairechild's online business up and running. Together, we developed a rock solid Action Plan to bring the Fairechild brand to life online.
We conducted a series of in-person workshops with the Fairechild Makewear Team to capture detailed user stories for every potential site user. These narratives guided the creation of compelling content and the customization of Shopify features and apps. Using these insights, we mapped out the store’s infrastructure with a hands-on card sorting session, ensuring a user-centered approach to the design and functionality.
The result is a stunning, photo-driven website that meshes perfectly with the Faire Child Makewear brand and integrates their custom Shopify store.
