The brand enlisted Domaine Studio to improve the user experience (UX) of its ecommerce website and streamline designs with mobile optimization in mind. We accomplished this by improving the way product information and reviews appear on-site, while also enhancing the checkout experience.
Soludos is a multi-faceted business with an online store, brick and mortar locations, and a wholesale component. Because of their high level of online traffic, we focused on making the user experience as enjoyable as possible. We introduced more touchpoints for their Loyalty Program and streamlined the rewards component, focusing on more efficient customer interaction.
By concentrating on the product, we ensured the most important information is easily accessible above the fold of Soludos' website. To optimize the shopping experience for the customer, we implemented quick payment gateways to the mini-cart, sticky ATCs, custom templates for products to properly showcase their images on both desktop and mobile, and color swatches at a global level.
