A Magento to Shopify migration for a sustainable fashion brand

Frank And Oak initially connected with Domaine to migrate its online storefront from Magento to Shopify, and then formed a long-term partnership with us to continuously optimize its ecommerce website over time with impactful changes to the navigation, online merchandising, and the launch of a new loyalty program.

Migrating from Magento to Shopify

Frank And Oak’s online shop was originally hosted on Magento, and they approached Domaine to migrate to Shopify. As Shopify experts, we ensured a seamless transition while making updates that boosted average order value by 10% and conversion by 58%. While Frank And Oak led the design and direction, Domaine handled the technical implementation to bring their vision to life.

Updated navigation and merchandising

To help customers find products more efficiently, Domaine refreshed the site’s navigation. New sections for featured items and collections make it easy to discover and shop new and seasonal pieces. Additional updates include product reviews, user-generated content, and improved image sizing to showcase details like sustainability info. For a personalized touch, Fit Analytics was integrated to assist shoppers in finding the right size based on past purchases.

A loyalty program for long-term customers

Domaine helped launch Frank And Oak’s omni-channel customer loyalty program using Yotpo, allowing customers to earn points both online and in-store. As they accumulate points, they unlock exclusive offers like pre-sale events, promotions, and gifts with purchase, giving Frank And Oak’s loyal customer base even more reasons to keep shopping with the brand.
